By signing below, the Merchant and each of its owners/principals: (1) certify that all information and documents submitted in connection with this application are true, correct and complete and all such information may be relied upon by FMG Cap Source and its partners to investigate Merchant's and each of its owner's/principal's financial, business and personal credit histories, including by obtaining and reviewing credit reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies such as Transunion, Experian and Equifax; (2) authorize FMG Cap Source to contact and request credit, employment and other information as provided with this application; and (3) Merchant authorizes FMG Cap Source to transmit this Application, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all of its funding partners for the foregoing purposes.
You also authorize the release, by any creditor or financial institution and any information relating to you to FMG Cap Source and/or to the address and/or phone number provided above, or at any e-mail address and/or phone number reasonably identified as belonging to you, including wireless numbers (if applicable), even if listed on a Do-Not-Call registry, using an automated telephone dialing system or other similar system with respect to this application and future-related commercial-financing opportunities.
